How does the product
search work? |

The more words you type into
the product search, the more
exact your search results
will be. For example, if you
type in "organic fertilizer",
you will get results that
contain the words "organic"
and "fertilizer".
However, if you type
in "Garant steel scoop" and
none of our products contains
all three of those words in
the description, then you
will get the following
note: "An exact match for
your search was not found.
However, the following
results match some of your
search criteria:" This means
that the results will contain
one or two of the words in
your search criteria, but not
all three. You can either
look through these results
for an item close to the one
you are looking for, or else
you can re-enter a more
general description into your
search criteria, such
as "steel scoop".

How do I find an MSDS or

Simply type the product name
in the Product search and
click the MSDS or label
button. The search results
will display all the products
that contain the words in
your search criteria, and
also have an MSDS or label
pdf attachment. |

To navigate to a previously
viewed page on our website,
simply use the tracker bar
below the product search by
clicking on the page you wish
to return to. To search for
products, you can use either
the product search feature or
you can click through lists
of our products by using the
left hand navigation bar. |

All technical articles are
located in the right hand bar
of the website. Each
article is associated with
products that pertain to that
article. For example, if you
wish to find an article
on "Shovels: Solid Shank vs.
Hollow Back", go to the
Shovels section under Hand

How do I change the E-News
categories I signed up for? |

Once you have signed up for E-
News, you can simply access
your account by logging in to
the Members Sign-In (after
clicking on Sign Up for E-
News in the left hand bar).
From there you can subscribe
or unsubscribe yourself from
any or all categories. |

prices at this time.
Instead, if you require a

Unless you specify a
freight/courier company on
your order under "Comments",
we will use one of our local
freight/courier companies and
bill you for the shipping
costs. |

within a few days, unless we
are out-of-stock on an item.
If an item is out-of-stock,
we will advise you when we
expect to receive new
inventory. If you would
prefer not to wait for the
